On Hold

So my Halloween pictures are on hold right now.
Mickele has my camera with all of the pictures so as soon as I have it back, I will post pictures of our Halloween costumes for you all to see.
We had a great time!

26 weeks & in the DOUBLE DIGITS!!!

We are in the double digits now! 97 days left until 1/30/08!
I almost feel like singing! 99 bottles of beer on the wall, 99 bottles of beer...just kidding.
I know the last 3 months will fly by with the holidays & everything so I better get movin' on his room, house repairs, cleaning, cooking, etc...I'm exhausted thinking about it.
I am asking SANTA for a house cleaner...at least for the month of January. I can cross that off my list! Tre is taking a TLC class...learning to cook & sew. I think he will be doing a lot of cooking in a few months...crossing that one off the list. Well, my list is getting smaller now, isnt it? Dang, I'm good at this!
We're going to a Halloween party on Saturday. We are going as trailer trash, reversed. I am the man, Shane is the woman! I will post pictures.

Belly @ 25wks 5 days

Well, I am 25 weeks and 5 days now.

I was taking pictures about every 4 weeks...I am thinking to change it to every 2 weeks now.

I think I look full term...dont you? I dont think I can get any bigger! Oh well, I know I will. He is worth it though!

I miss...

Things I miss
~Sleeping without horrible pain in my hips.
~Sleeping the entire night without having to use the bathroom 3-4 times.
~Being able to walk up stairs without huffing and puffing.
~Being able to bend over and/or sit down without making an "old lady" noise.
~Being able to pull my purse into my lap while driving and dig for whatever it is I need.
~NOT always being the designated/sober driver
~Buttoning my pants and belt loops
~A nice clean shave
~Wearing heels with confidence and not feeling like I was going to topple over
~My waist - I think I used to have one, but can't remember 100%
~Bending over to pick something up - the open legged squat is really lady like, don't you think?
~Sleeping and staying dry…gotta love the night sweats.
~Dry panties…sorry TMI
~My sex drive
~My energy level
~Sushi
~Being able to easily apply body lotion after a shower. It's no longer an erotic show but rather like a walrus grunting and twisting this way and that!

One thing I do have to say is I will miss feeling this baby dance around & the anticipation of everything!

15wks to go!

Sorry I havent blogged lately. I have been SO busy! Work has been crazy!
I have 15 weeks left, I am starting to get really excited now.
We went shopping with Shane's parents on Saturday. We found a crib and dresser! Shane's parents bought the crib as a gift to us...THANK YOU MOM & DAD! We should get it in about 3wks. I am the biggest procrastinator and I have been putting off getting the room painted so I guess I really have to get busy. I need to dig into the closet and build shelves and paint.
I have a picture of the crib but it is not in the right format to post here so if you want to see it, let me know...I will email it to you.

I am not alone

Running errands and talking on the phone, I am pleasantly reminded that I am not alone.Little tiny hands a precious rounded knee pushing and twisting that no one can see. Oh sweet child kicking up your heels, it is our little secret that only I can feel. I look forward to your birth, when I can kiss your skin, but for now I will just smile, As I feel you play within.

Well, we havent had much going on lately to blog about.
We had a doctors appointment on Monday. All was normal.
We have 16 weeks left to my due date...it is creeping up on us fast. I guess I really need to decide how to paint his room.
I am taking suggestions! Let me know what you think.

OH BOY!!!

Today we went and had a 4d ultrasound today.

It was such a fun experience and so much fun to see little Jaxon in a different view.

We did confirm he is all BOY and he also likes his hands in his mouth!

I have the funniest story to share. Last night I wanted cereal for dinner so I decided to get me a BIG BOWL. So I got my cereal in a Tupperware bowl with milk and headed to my room.

I propped myself up on my bed with pillows and then BAM! I dropped my bowl! Cereal EVERYWHERE! OMG…it was so cold. I started screaming and hollering for help. Tre, Keenai and the cats came running. Tre gave me a towel, Keenai was eating up the cereal from the floor which had dropped from my lap when I got up and I still had some cereal in my bowl. I didn’t want to throw it away…I wanted to eat it!

I took off my clothes too because I was sapping wet. I went to my kitchen to get Keenai’s bowl and low and behold…Tre left the front door open and my neighbors were walking out to their car. I was in my bra and panties! How embarrassing! So I grabbed Keenai’s dish and ran back into my room yelling at Tre because he left the front door open. He was on his way out of his room when I got to the part where I said “and I’m naked”. Tre stops in dead run…”all naked?” LOL! “NO, just in my skivvies” I said.
So I get to my room, tear off my comforter and start scooping Honey Combs out of my bed into Keenai’s dish. I got all that cleaned up and told Tre to take it into the kitchen, which he did, but he dumped it in the garbage.
So now I have a dog going bazurk because he wanted his Honey Combs and cats going crazy because my room is now in disarray. Both were hissing at Keenai…it was nuts. I eventually got all my sheets off my bed and into the washer, towels on the bed and floor to soak up what was left of the milk. Then I sneezed and pissed my pants, a little.
Oh lord…joys of being pregnant.

Not much going on

Hello everyone! I thought I would pop in and update the blog.
Not much has been going on. Shane left on Friday to go muzzleloader(?) hunting. He is gone until Wednesday afternoon. I went to Wendover on Saturday with my Bunko friends. We went to dinner, got a drink...well everyone else got a "drink", I got me a fruity thing with no alcohol. I gambled a little but I turned in early...cant stay up too late...pregnancy is exhausting. Anyway, I made my donation and came home the next morning. That pretty much sums things up.
I have to pay tribute to one of my good friends. She finished nursing school on Monday. We are all proud of her accomplishment. It takes a strong and dedicated person to finish nursing school, get married and having 2 kids all in 5 yrs. Congratulations, Mindy! We are so proud of you!
